Czech President Vaclav Klaus has long been controversial its doubts on climate change and European unity. But he has gained new international recognition for a video-driveway-viral YouTube showing him stealthily sweeping a pen ceremony at the Chile.

Following the current video, Czech officials say that the pen is so secreted is a commemorative artifact presented to dignitaries as a matter of time. Chilean officials are graciously say similar things.
"This is what people are doing the regular", Klaus said that the event went global. "They remain notepads and pens of such events."
But many Czechs believe the own Protocol implies gestures made above, not under the table. A Facebook campaign is underway to send Klaus shower of pens, that "the President has obviously nothing to write with.
