Scotland face Canada in the worlds of curling final

Jeff Stoughton of the Canada will face Tom Brewster Scotland for the gold medal at the World Championship of Curling in Regina.

Brewster beats Thomas Ulsrud 7-6 in the semi-finals on Saturday to earn a place in the final Sunday against the hosts.

Winnipeg's completed Stoughton rink first in the round with a 10-1 record, followed by Scotland 9 - 2.

Canada beats Scotland 5-2 in the match Friday between the top two seeds, and also won 7-3 in the preliminary round.

Canada won the titles from 32 of the men world since the first event was organized in 1959, while Scotland won five.

Norway will meet Niklas Edin the Sweden in the bronze medal Sunday game.
