Belgium and the France have threatened to bring back border controls for the Italy after travellers said Rome would give thousands of permission to migrants in North Africa newly arrived to wander throughout the European Union.
The threats came a meeting tense of Interior Ministers of the EU, at Luxembourg, Monday highlighting the depth of the division on how to deal with more than 25 000 migrants who have reached European shores since political unrest gripped in North Africa.
