MINSK, Belarus - Belarus Ministry of Health indicates the number of dead from an underground explosion in the Belarusian capital reached 12 after another victim died in a hospital.



The Ministry of health, said that 126 victims of the explosion of Monday have been hospitalized and 22 of them remain in critical condition. Viktor Sirenko, the physician in Chief of the Minsk emergency hospital, said Tuesday that many victims had their legs or arms missing.
Metro Oktyabrska?a station affected by the explosion is less than 100 metres (yards) of the presidential administration building. President Alexander Lukashenko suggested that external forces might be behind it.
Agency of internal security of Belarus will again under the name of the era Soviet KGB, said it has identified a suspected bomber and sought him, but gave no other information.
