When the dust settles on the series of scandals surrounding the prosperous Justice Party, his interest in future political campaigns have perhaps to what it can offer voters outside moral platitudes.

Political analysts Monday warned that if the Islamic party founded, also known as the pharmacokinetics, did not see its electoral base to decrease, a new strategy was required because its high moral values were under threat of a series of sex and corruption scandals devote its members.

The appeal comes on the heels of the resignation of Arifinto, a PKS legislator who has been photographed to look at a pornographic movie on her Tablet PC in a plenary session in the House of representatives. Anis Matta, party General Secretary, was reportedly also was involved in a video sex posted on Twitter in February, even if he is subsequently acquitted by the police of any involvement.

During this time Yusuf Supendi, ousted co-founder of the party, has accused senior officials PKS of diversion Rp 10 billion ($1.2 million) of funds of the party and others to have polygamous marriages that were not approved by the Council of the Islamic Shariah of the party.

Hanta Yuda, a political analyst at the Indonesian Institute, said talk of pharmacokinetics graft and make tough respect the moral values has already made the party much success at the polls.

But today, with several of its legislators mired in alleged corruption and sex scandals, he said that the pharmacokinetics should be preparing for a reaction of the elector.

"The impact will be quite large, I think, to affect future electoral situation of pharmacokinetics," said. "The party must clean up its image". Morality is not the key to political parties, there performance. Morality should only be a part of the package. ?

Hanta, said that while the PKS could still keep voters, it was bound to face criticism from more and more those who had voted for the party specifically because of their morality and antigraft campaigns.

"Those formed of people who voted for the pharmacokinetics, they are disappointed to see the State it is now," he said.

"A real improvement in performance is necessary, with PKS members in local government fighting for the rights of the people instead of issuing regulations based on morality."

Morality, according to Ahmad Norma Permata, associate researcher at the Institute Maarif, was not the main factor in deciding what political parties to support most of the people. "The most important, it is their work, their performance." He said what they are doing to the people, "."

Ahmad, who wrote a PhD thesis on pharmacokinetics, said the Arifinto case damage image of pharmacokinetics among educated voters. He said the party would also no longer respect for politicians and other legislators. "They will think:"Ah, the PK is still that the rest of us.""?Remember, speech from the PKS on morality and corruption has contributed much to its electoral base. ?

Surahman Hidayat, head of the Council of the PKS of Sharia, however, insisted that elections of the party base or its members would be affected by the scandals. He said that the pharmacokinetics was prepared to work even more difficult for people compensate for all the latest controversies.

He also noted that the pharmacokinetics would never stop campaigning on platforms of morales and antigraft high. "It's more jargon." The moral and the fight against corruption are the principles PKS, "he says.

Arifinto was one of the founders of pharmacokinetics, when he was appointed as the Party of Justice (PK). "I heard that Pak Arifinto was also one of the founders of Sabili magazine," said Ahmad. "And heard rumours that he also mobilized people to support Islamic issues."

Fahri Hamzah, a senior PKS politician, said that the people joined the label of the morality of the pharmacokinetics and its advanced antipornography drive, not the party itself.
